This detailed guide will walk you through the simple process of signing up for MedicusUnion. For enhanced user convenience, we recommend downloading the MedicusUnion: Online Doctors app, which is readily available on the Apple App Store or Play Store. 

1. Registration Process

The registration process involves providing basic information such as:

• First name:  Enter your first name 
• Last name: Enter your last name 
• Gender: select your gender from the options,
• Email address: enter your email address in use,
• Phone number: enter your digits with your countries code or select your country by clicking on the phone icon and enter the number ,
• Time zone: the feature is selected by default, in case of incorrect time zone click on the field and select your preferred time zone.
• Password: enter a secure password and confirm it in the field below.

The password must contain at least 8 characters, including 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character.

After filling out your information, please read and accept our Terms of service and privacy policy, then click on the “Sign up” button. 

2. Verification and Authentication

To ensure the security of your health information, MedicusUnions platform uses a thorough verification process, including both email and phone number verification. 

After the registration you will be directed to a page prompting you to enter the code sent to your email address. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the email. 

For phone number verification, a code will be sent via message. However, if this option is currently unavailable, you may choose to skip it. Please note that phone number verification is required for scheduling appointments.
