Let's go through the process of scheduling a video consultation step by step.

1. Log in or Sign up

Log in to your account on the MedicusUnion platform or Sign up if you don't have an account yet.

2. Choose a Doctor

Click on the “Choose a doctor” or the “Our Doctors” buttons located on the main page. They will direct you to the profiles of accredited medical specialists available on MedicusUnion.

There you can search and filter the desired doctors by the following parameters:

• Name: Type in the name of the preferred physician.
• Specialty: Click on the specialty field and choose the required option.
• Country: Click on the country field and select your preferred option.

3. Find Your Doctor

Click on the "View Profile" button to access detailed information on the selected physician. This includes a thorough overview of his/her services, background, and additional details such as education, experience, memberships, and publications. 

4. Choose a Tariff plan

Select the type of tariff that aligns best with your requirements and click on the "Book now" button.

5. Choose Date and Time 

Choose a date and time that suits your schedule from a variety of available slots. While booking, you can suggest up to 5 preferred dates and times. 

After that, the doctor you have selected will review the options and confirm the appointment or suggest an alternative date and time.

6. Translator Service

You can opt for the "Translator" feature to bridge the language gap between you and your doctor.

With this feature, an interpreter will be connected to your meeting online and will relay the original speech in preferred language, in real-time. (Please note that this will change the consultation cost)

7. Attach Files and Links

• Attach your medical files by dragging and dropping them into the File Upload widget, or click the "Browse file" button and select the desired file. 
• To add a link to your medical reports copy it and paste in the link field. 

(Please note, the file language must align with the selected doctor's language. If you have difficulties translating it in another language, fill out the "Find me a doctor" form and our support team will assist you in scheduling an appointment with the selected specialist.) 

8. Describe Your Concerns 

Provide as many details about your health concerns as possible in the appropriate section. The accuracy of the information you provide will determine the personalized treatment recommendations and the results of the video consultation. 

(Please note, the text's language must align with the selected doctor's language. If you have difficulties in composing text in another language, fill out the "Find me a doctor" form and our support team will assist you in scheduling an appointment with the selected specialist.)

9.  Confirm the Appointment 

After filling out your information, please read and accept our Terms of service and privacy policy. Ensure to carefully check the date, time, and tariff plan and click on the “Make an appointment” button.

10. Review the Billing Information

Upon confirmation of your medical consultation, you will receive a notification at the email address you supplied during registration and within your MedicusUnion profile. After that you can review the billing information and make payments for the upcoming video consultations in the "Upcoming appointments" section.
