BézardAs a double specialist, my specialty is the conservative and surgical treatment of sports and leisure-related injuries as well as acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. My focus is on minimally invasive shoulder, hand and knee surgery. Arthroscopic, minimally invasive surgery is my craft, and evidence-based medicine is my creed. You will rarely find injections and insoles with me. In my treatment concepts, I try to avoid surgery as much as possible. Surgery should always be the last resort. That's what I would wish for myself and that's how I treat my patients! I was born and grew up in Vienna. In September 2008 I completed my studies in human medicine at the Medical University of Vienna. I completed my specialist training from 2009-2014 at the Lorenz Böhler Accident Hospital. I successfully passed the specialist examination for my second specialization “Orthopaedics and Traumatology” in October 2016. Since 2015 I have been working as a senior physician for trauma surgery at the Tulln/Donau University Hospital and at the orthopedic/traumatic surgery day clinic at the Klosterneuburg State Hospital. With my roots in Austria, I also completed parts of my training abroad. Among other things, in plastic surgery in Cape Town/South Africa and as a professor of anatomy at the John A. Burns School of Medicine Oahu/USA. I consider it essential to think outside the box, which is why I regularly visit clinics and specialists in Germany and abroad. My focus is on shoulder, hand and knee surgery.https://api.medicusunion.com/aws-s3/file/partner-bezard_georg_01_1677508217366.jpeg?size=150295InStockTraumatologyOrthopedicsOrthopedic surgery2022-12-15T19:08:55.843Z
