About

As a specialist in orthopedics and orthopaedic surgery, he offers his patients an exact diagnostic clarification and treatment of the most diverse complaints of the entire musculoskeletal system.Prof. Windhager offers the care with state-of-the-art endoprosthetics, but also orthopedic-oncological interventions up to complex revision interventions. The hip joint and the knee joint are particular focal points of the ordination. Thanks to many years of experience, ongoing training and continuous scientific activity, patients benefit from comprehensive care with innovative therapeutic procedures at the highest medical level through their work at the AKH. Techniques are used that are characterized by convincing results in terms of safety, effectiveness and benefit.
