In 1994, Yuri Goldes graduated from medical university in Russia, after which he completed his internship at Tel HaShomer clinic in Israel.

In 2007, he went on an internship to Germany, where he completed a course in hepatobiliary surgery and an internship at the Medical Institute of Honnover.

Yuri Goldes is a member of several professional organizations, including the Israeli Medical Association and the Association of General Surgery, the endoscopic community in Israel and Europe.

Dr. Yuri Goldes conducts seminars and gives lectures to students studying the specialty “General Surgery”.

Since 2011 and up to the present time he has been the head of the department of treatment of GI organs.

In 2013, he underwent training in visceral surgery and transplants at the Charité hospital in Germany.

Until 2007 he worked in the department of laparoscopic surgery as a surgeon.
