Der Endokrinologe ist für das stabile Funktionieren des Hormonsystems und der Hormondrüsen im Allgemeinen zuständig. Er ist für die Behandlung von Erkrankungen der Schilddrüse, der Bauchspeicheldrüse, des Hypothalamus, der Nebennieren usw. zuständig. Bei Müdigkeit, häufigen Stimmungsschwankungen, Gedächtnisverlust oder anderen Symptomen sollte ein Endokrinologe aufgesucht werden.
