About

Dr. Christian Sebesta was born in Vienna in 1957. He received his doctorate in all medical sciences in 1985 and became a specialist in internal medicine in 1992. In 1997 he received additional training in gastroenterology and hepatology and two years later, additional training in hematooncology. Dr. Sebesta completed his training at the Hanusch Hospital in Vienna. Afterward, he worked as a senior physician at the 2nd Medical Department of the Donauspital Hospital.

In 2002 he was appointed Medical Director of the Stockerau Hospital, where he also assumed the role of Medical Vice-Director of the Hospital Association. Dr. Sebesta has completed several internships abroad, worked for some time as a lecturer at the University of Vienna and published several papers.
